Picture and video quality was good, voice command was very responsive and the reverse lines are one of the more reliable ones compared to most other brands i own. the rear view camera is especially very bright and sharp. however, the system is unreliable as it only comes on once in a while. I could go days without the dash cam working at all. i suspect its a power problem and it started the 2nd day after installation. i am disappointed because i expect they should have tested properly for quality. i have the Vantop H612, which is excellent, as well as the Urvolax, which is more upscale. I would have gladly given this 5 stars because i really liked it, but i am disappointed by it unreliability12SEPT2022: the company's customer service reached out to me on their own, apologized about the defect and offered a replacement at no cost to me. I recently received the replacement and I am happy to state that it works as expected and I am more than satisfied with the quality (reference my initial review) at this price point. I am especially impressed by the efforts of the customer service personnel and would gladly buy from them again because they have shown reliability and readiness to back up their product. Now I can happily give a 5 star

This is my 3rd dash cam I owned for my 3 cars. Customer service was excellent. Had issue on my last dash cam and they took care of me right away and sent me a replacement. Other brand did not last long while my first 2 dash cam which was purchased 3 years ago still works great. This is why I purchased this brand to replace my broken other brand dash cam. Highly recommended brand.

I purchased a similar product with nearly the exact specs many months back. The installation was difficult in my BMW so it took a while to get the rear camera installed. Once I got it done however, I've been very happy with it. So when my wife said she wanted one for her Kia, I searched and couldn't find the same model. I got this instead and it appears to be an upgrade on my previous purchase. The hardware specs and software are nearly identical. The difference being that this has more menu options and the camera itself can slide out to fit larger rear view mirrors. This turned out to be an essential improvement as my first purchase could not fit on the Kia's large mirror. The recordings are clear and the system overall works great. The only improvement I hope is see is the ability to set the camera to run but not launch the screen when you start your car. I currently have to say "turn off screen" each time I start the car because I prefer using the mirror over the cameras, to back out of the garage or a parking spot.

From unpacking to trying out the camera, I am impressed with the quality.First powered it up on my test bench with a DC power supply, and from the photos you can see how much power the 4K Mirror Dash Cam draws normally, and when it is turned off but still connected to a 12 volt power supply.If you power this camera from the 12 volt DC jack in your vehicle, and the ignition switch is off, that will disconnect power from the camera, so no power will be drawn from the vehicle battery.It is hard to describe the quality of the display from both the front and back cameras, but it is very impressive. Easy to operate with just finger swipes and touches, and also voice commands.The photo is from the backup camera.

I was super impressed with this device. The mirror camera fits perfectly over my existing mirror and provides an excellent shot of what's in front of me and what's behind. The came a resolution is the best I've ever experienced and it's great to see the video fees without having to look down at your dash. The voice commands are an added bonus that me and my son love. Haven't had the need to watch any of the playback, but I'm sure I won't be disappointed. If you are in the market for a dash cam or rear view mirror cam, consider this product. It looks great, is easy to use, and installed without a hitch. Great product.

I like the Dash cam but at night the headlights of cars behind me wash out the video. You can't make out anything if there are cars coming up directly behind me as they are just large areas of bright light. I turned down the brightness and it did not really help any. During the day I find it best to turn off the display and just use the mirror. I also find that the rear images appear to be farther away than they really are. Also the manual leaves a lot to be desired. Quite often the red flashing recording light will turn yellow and a scroll bar will appear at the bottom of the display and gradually filling in yellow from left to right. I have no idea what this means. I am guessing it means the loop time has expired and it is saving the recording for that last loop. I don't remember seeing that explained in the manual.

The camera works and provides a good image but, at least with the one I have, it's impossible to turn the display off. No matter how many times I use the voice command or the off/on button the display comes back on within a few seconds. So far the only way I've found to turn it off is to unplug the power supply which makes the whole thing useless.UPDATE:The company offered to replace the unit I had with a new one , which I accepted and I'm very pleased with it and the response from the company. This one works perfectly so I am changing my rating to 5 stars. It's always nice to do business with a responsive company.

Not bad cam and brand overall. This is my second cam from them. On plus side - good recording quality, large touch screen. On minus side - needs a few seconds to start recording. Previous cam worked at high temp, hope this one will too.

The video is shaking for 5 to 10 seconds when my car starts.

I bought their older model, that was very good, so this time we choose their product again, but this dash cam is very disappointing, the display never off, it keeps on, make your drive very difficult, especially on rainy day and at night, can't see the rearview mirror, you can't only turn off the display, the option is turn off the camera. in this way, why we using the dash cam. for this product can't find any support to fix this problem. such waste money, it is not cheap, but have to looking for the new one. I won't buy their product anymore.
