Well worth the price. It is a timesaver. Minimal ingredient list. Taste delicious.
The four stars are for the SUPER easy preparation and two of (the many) flavors. One flavor I didn't like, at all...but that part comes later. First the GOOD! 1. Preparation: Literally, some smashed bananas (just use a fork) a 2 tablespoons of neutral oil, 2 tablespoons of liquid (I use what I have: either unsweetened soy milk or unsweetened flaxseed milk), a tablespoon of maple syrup (one can use honey or leave out the sweetener) and about 3 ripe bananas. P.S. bananas vary in size, so just go with about 1.5 cups worth. No need to have completely ripe bananas. As soon as the green is gone, I use them. The riper the banana, the more banana flavor you get. I personally, do not like very ripe bananas so I use bananas that are to my liking. So as long as they are not green, I am fine. Don't over mash (i.e. liquify) and don't over mix. This stuff comes together beautifully. It's FAST and foolproof. I tried the loaf pan method, but now use silicone muffin "tins" that I found on Amazon. A brand called, Peak". I use the one cup size, which means you get 6 banana bread muffins. Each, therefore, is two servings. Actually easier than a loaf pan. No need to oil the silicone. They just pop out and look like cute mini loaves. I personally bake for 30-35 minutes using the silicone. 2. Flavors: I recommend the Original and the Chocolate Brownie. I add a couple of tablespoons of "no added ingredients peanut butter" to either, and they still bake perfectly (in the silicone), in approx. 35 minutes. 3. Baking: Follow the RECOMMENDED baking time on the package. I use the toothpick test. If completely "wet" I give it some more time. Just remember that the chocolate brownie will have chocolate stuck to the toothpick. Does not mean it's not "done". Just watch carefully at the minimum baking mark; every oven is different. Hint: they WILL RISE. That should help determine if they are done. And, if by chance you take them out after the minimum RECOMMENDED baking time, and they seem undercooked, give a few minutes more, then remove from oven, to rest and completely cool. Good news: since there are NO EGGS OR WHEAT, you can still eat these things. Heck, even the freaking batter is edible, but PLEASE just bake them. I think the company has recipes for "no bake protein balls". Check their website. Now the downside. I bought the Pumpkin Spice flavor at my local Sprouts. I did not care for it, AT ALL. I felt it was way, way, way too heavy on cardamom. Couldn't taste ANY pumpkin. I hope they eliminate that spice completely, and just UP the pumpkin. That cardamom left an over "peppery" aftertaste. All I could taste was that spice, and something else, maybe too much ginger. I will try the "cinnamon roll" flavor next. Hopefully, it will be better than that Pumpkin. The original and chocolate brownie are now my morning coffee favorites. I make a batch every two weeks and freeze. They will last 3 days at room temp, 5-6 days in the fridge, and about a month in the freezer. For the freezer, I loosely wrap them in parchment paper, and then place them in either a freezer safe container, or I vacuum seal using my Food Saver. Like I said, when I use the 1 cup silicone muffin bakers from Peak, I cut one in half, and it's a serving. Frankly, I could devour the whole "muffin", but I stick to the correct serving.

Best vegan gf Brownie muffin mix!
This is hands down the best vegan, GF brownie muffin mix I have ever tried. My loved one has a lot of food allergies, so itโs hard finding products that are both safe AND delicious. My small tweak is using 2 large, overly ripe bananas and 4tbs of oat milk instead of the recommended 2. They come out moist and chocolatey, but not overpoweringly sweet, in my opinion. *chefโs kiss* This has become our go-to mix and have repurchased 3x now. Buy it!

Obsessed!
So good!! I loved the flavor and texture of this banana bread. Super easy to make and it didnโt last long at my house. I did one less banana than recommended and it was perfect.

Chocolate fans - buy a bag!
Definitely worth it, even when not on sale. First time buying this flavor, and it's yummy. Not too sweet but 101% c h o c o l a t e explosion on your tatsebuds. My subs were homemade cashew milk, avocado oil, last minute some walnuts and went for 2 large ripe bananas. For my sugar monitoring souls, do not add in the syrup nor honey, it is sweet enough. Pinky promise. Worth a try!

Delicious! I cannot get enough.
The best! This mis is moist and very chocolatey without being too overpowering. The best banana bread I have ever had. I could not believe the mix is gluten free and vegan. I like the bake and bunch and then freeze for an easy breakfast addition.
