this supplement is good for the eyes. It is recommended by our optometrist for beginning stages of macular degeneration.

Dry eyes
Very skeptical about using supplements but a friend purchased them for me and wanted me to try them. I had numerous problems with my eyes over the last few years. I have glaucoma, had a cataract removed and suddenly developed dry eyes and my eyes watered constantly, so bad I had a hard time seeing. I could not wear makeup and had to carried a tissue to dry the tears. Long story short I used the Lutein & Zeaxanthin for a month and started noticing I was wiping my eyes a lot less. After 3 months of use now I can honestly say this product has been a godsend for me. No more tearing up, no more Kleenex!
