Does the ball come deflated?

No. It comes inflated to spec!! I use it almost everyday outside, and while it has discolored (faded), the grip and bounce remain good. I would buy it again.

Does it really works outdoor?

Yes, but with that said any outdoor ball used on a rougher surface will get best up more.

No. Leather isn't good for outdoor play. It's a synthetic compound (not rubber) and it feels quality. It is wearing fast (I play almost every day) and getting discolored, but I love the feel and bounce. Highly recomend for outdoor use, and it would be great for indoor as well.

Is it normal for my new basketball to noticeably deflate using it the first day?

I notice with the pressure and climate it tends to deflate a little. Warmer sunny days it seems ok.
