Useful and functional product to carry for treks. Looking at the material, it might be good for light rain. Not sure about heavy downpour.. need to check it out!

Please donot buy this product the quality is to worst, the water comes inside wether its a sprinkle rain or heavy rain however its a light weight product, kindly look for any new more better option in the same price range

Bought this as I travel often by 2 wheeler and need to carry a bag, which doesn't really fit well under a normal raincoat. In terms of keeping the bag and myself dry from head to the knees, this does a great job.However the main issue with this poncho is the fact that it's "free size" and therefore seems best suited for people between 5'6" and 6'0". If you're shorter than 5'4" the poncho will very likely touch the floor when you're walking. Aside from the length, which could easily have been made adjustable with snap buttons, it's also a little too wide as well.Update 2024: The snap buttons are poor quality regular steel and have begun to rust. Probably won't be long before they no longer open/close properly
