Nice and easy to install using the adapters provided! Water tastes a lot better !slightly lower pressure from the tap but worthwhile! Good quality water quality good ! Functional

The taste change is unreal
I was a bit sceptical- 1) because how much cheaper this item was. 2) some of the reviews about water pressure. Well ---- it's so good! So easy to Install and my water tastes completely different. It's like having bottled water straight from the tap. Also the pressure gas changed but not so much its an issue. If anything the pressure was high before and I'd rather cleaner water for a normal pressure. Definitely recommend!

Easy to install, instant difference in the water. No leaking, no smell, product comes with screws to anchor it to the backboard if needed. Fits well under my standard sink. Solid quality product

Exceptional customer service! I've contacted the customer service a year after my purchase and they solved my query to higher standard that I'd expect. They were polite, timely and even sent follow up when I didn't reply to make sure I have best service. As to water filter- I'm happy with the output, similar to Brittany but minus the jug and needing to remember to buy cartridges. I recommend them to friends and family

It doesn't work.
It doesn't purify the water. The tea and coffee I made were cloudy, so I decided to check the water quality and found that it didn't help at all.

J'ai récemment installé le système de filtre à eau Waterdrop 15UA sous mon comptoir, et je suis vraiment impressionné par ses performances. C'est un concurrent sérieux à Brita, et il fonctionne vraiment bien. L'eau a un goût frais et pur, et je peux dire adieu aux bouteilles en plastique ! Ce qui m'a le plus surpris, c'est la durée de vie de la cartouche. Le modèle moyen dure jusqu'à 24 mois, ce qui est énorme par rapport à d'autres systèmes. Cela signifie moins de remplacements et plus de tranquillité d'esprit. L'installation a été simple, et le design compact s'intègre parfaitement sous l'évier. Si vous cherchez un système de filtration efficace et durable, je ne peux que recommander le Waterdrop 15UA. C'est un excellent investissement pour une eau de qualité !

Buen producto, fácil de instalar y filtra bien. El agua no huele a cloro y mejora mucho su sabor. La asistencia técnica inmejorable!

Seems to work.
Easy installation. This model works on it's side which was crucial for fitting into my kitchen cabinet. It says it's good for 2 years but it also says it's good for 19,000 gallons. I use a maximum of 3 gallons a day from my cold kitchen tap, so shouldn't it be good for 17 years???. Regardless, the taste is improved and more importantly the heavy metals are hopefully gone.
