, .. This is the most decadent shower head I've ever experienced. It feels amazing! We installed it at the top of our shower and it is fantastic. If you have well water you may need to periodically remove the shower head to clean the filter inside. But that's not the shower heads fault :) the flow definitely diminishes rapidly if the filter inside the shower head is clogged

I’m honestly impressed with this shower system! The matte black finish gives my bathroom a clean, luxury look, and the square rainfall head feels amazing — like a spa at home. The water pressure is strong and consistent, and the handheld sprayer is super convenient for rinsing or cleaning the shower. Installation took a bit of time (since it’s a built-in system), but once done, it was 100% worth it. Great quality materials, smooth valve control, and no leaks at all. Highly recommend if you want a modern upgrade without spending thousands!

Really, really good value relative to some of the big names. Almost impossible to beat the price for what is received. Below is The Good, The Bad, and Recommendations. The Good: 1) Value; excellent value in this unit at the price point provided by the Seller. Competitors like Delta or Moen are double the price and half of the components are plastic and/or Chinese origin anyway (I also own an extensive amount of Delta fixtures and the overall build quality is similar to this unit). 2) Finish is very nice; beware, it scratches relatively easily. I cannot comment on finish longevity, especially when subject to cleaners. 3) Customer Service is great - answers within a day at most, is knowledgeable and very helpful. 4) Price is very justified and you don't feel like you're getting robbed for "luxury" items. The Bad: 1) Installation instructions are absolutely terrible and really need a lot of work. This is more a comment to the Supplier to update the instructions. 2) The rough-in dimensions are not standard like most of the big names. My recommendation is to rough in the system like that of a normal US-based system and use the appropriate components/adapters to bring the valve/head dimensions flush with tile work. This will save headaches in the future if needing to perform a valve/head swap. 3) The original valve received was not pressure-balanced with built-in water supply shut-offs. This is standard (and pressure-balance required per code) in the US. 4) The original valve dimensions are not the same as the updated (current) pressure-balance valve and could cause customers some headaches if ever needing to swap out the valve body to the updated pressure-balance valve. 5) Would be nice if the trim, head, etc. came in a round rich looking style too, and not just the square modern look. I love this set, but this modern look does not match the rest of my bathroom aged-bronze look. Recommendations: 1) Expert/knowledgeable DIY'er installation highly recommended. The installation instructions are not good at all and I wouldn't recommend installation to someone who is not a contractor or a knowledgeable DIY'er. 2) Purchase a second valve body directly from the manufacturer in order to make a future "valve swap" easy if the original unit fails. You don't want to deal with tile work and access issues if the valve fails in the future. It is WAY easier to change out valve components should the original valve fail (again, recommended by an Expert and FYI a valve internal components swap will void your warranty; in my opinion, who cares if the valve is toasted anyway...). 3) If you have the original valve without pressure-balance functionality and built-in water supply shutoffs, purchase the updated valve from the Supplier. Would I buy this unit again, absolutely without a question. Know what you're getting into and take the couple of extra steps necessary to make things easier in the future.

I bought this several years ago and got to install it this past year. It's well-made and has a good look. The contained construction made waterproofing the shower all the easier. About 8 months in, the shower diverter valve (to change between the overhead and the hand unit) seized, so I contacted the company. They do not have a good phone number and there wasn't a way to rebuy the valve online. After going back and forth over two weeks, they sent me a new valve and components free of charge as long as I paid the shipping. While I appreciate the attentiveness, I still think they should have a more streamlined system for malfunctions and ways to get replacement valves, and they should also have all the valve specs and tools needed published on their website. Still, when it works, it works well, and I think it looks good.

This shower system is so wonderful. I could stay in the shower for hours. It was easy to install. I can’t say enough good about this company! I bought this system when I was doing a remodel. Took me a couple months to install. I had a problem with it and it was beyond the return date for Amazon. I contacted the company and they immediately handled the issue. They were responsive and sent me a new one. I am so appreciative of this company!!

I admit I should have read the questions and answers instead of just the reviews. I did a major renovation in my home that included two bathrooms. I bought two of these - black & chrome. Cutting to the chase - The GPM is no where near accurate. Without having the proper tools to measure, the gallons per minute is somewhere between 5-6 gpm. I have a 47 gallon hot water heater. My wife runs out of hot water after about 15 minutes in the shower. Secondly - the hot and cold inputs are backwards. I had a licensed experienced plumber install this in both bathrooms. It was installed perfectly. But since the inputs are labeled wrong both bathrooms are reversed - hot is cold and cold is hot. Now for me to correct this issue I have to brake the marble walls in the bathroom to get access. At a cost of well over $1000 to repair both bathrooms. I am beyond disappointed that a company can blatantly lie on their specifications like they did. I will be talking with Amazon to get my money back, but the damage is done and I have a major cost and problem to deal with. Needless to say if i decide to break open the walls to reverse the inputs, I will just remove the entire system and replace with a Delta or Moen or some other reliable brand. Dont buy this. It does look good, but it flat out sucks.

I bought this for a bathroom remodel. The carpenter knew the look I wanted and recommend ed this one. I had already bought a similar one that was twice the price(which I returned). This one has been great no problems at all.
