The rug is nice and soft. The neutral, light colors are fantastic. I’m super happy with it!

Couldn’t be happier with this rug, colors are beautiful and add a sense of warmth to the space. I could see these colors going with various couch colors, however when measuring the rug it is shorter than 9 ft but a little longer than 12ft. Unfortunately, I have to trim my rug pad to match the 8ft width.Watch out for the smell, probably needs to air out over a few days and hoping wrinkles dissipate. Overall very pleased with rug and I would order it again considering how beautiful it is.

My master bedroom glow-up was originally just supposed to be new paint…which turned into new molding, then new bedding and finally…of course we needed a new rug to bring it all together. Typical balloon effect that happens with house projects:) In any case, we’ve had rug about a week. Love it so much! It really brings some warmth to the room and the colors are neutral with a gorgeous pattern. It is thin as to be expected but easily remedied with rug pad. For the price, you can’t beat it! Seriously can’t recommend this rug more highly!

it is not what I was expected , so thin

We have kids and a dog so I don’t buy rugs expecting them to last more than a couple years. The quality and feel of this rug is comparable to the rugs they sell at Costco. I love the colors and the softness. I would say the cons are that it definitely needs a pad if you want it to be any cushier than your bare floors (which offsets the affordability at the 9x12 size,) and, after a week, the ripples still haven’t flattened out despite coming folded in a box vs rolled. Overall, very happy, would definitely recommend.

The rug is beautiful and very soft! The crappy part is (pun intended) , I found three spots with bird poop on it. Super gross. I cleaned up all the spots and the rug is fine now, but buyer beware.

Bought for my mom - she loved the rug. It was just too big for the area & had to be returned. Sad a smaller size is not available, but that’s life!

Gorgeous, subtle colors. I absolutely love it. It looks like it should be way more expensive!!
