A Man of the Beatitudes: Pier Giorgio Frassati

Love his story-- a great saint for modern times, just the kind of person one admires today. Generous, kind, giving of himself, but also very well-liked and popular. Someone who stood up for his beliefs, even when they were unpopular with the fascist regime.

I loved the Blessed Pier Giorgio. I have read better, however this is a marvelous work! I would recomend it to all, especially3rd order Dominicans!

Reading about the life of Blessed Pier Giorgio Frassati and all the saints is really sanctifying! To know him is to love him.

Pier Giorgio would certainly appear a model for youth. But I found that his goodness and holiness gives meaning to me in my elder years.

Pier Giorgio was a person who really lived the beatitudes. His love of the poor and his selfless dedication to those who needed Christ's love is a model of what every Christian's life should be.
