Great Stuff
Used to repair an outdoor cedar arbor that had partially rotted. Easy to mix and work into cavities. Hardens completely overnight. Sands easily and leaves a completely smooth surface. Would definitely buy again.

Does not crack o peel.
This is the best wood repair for decks I have found. It mixes easy 50/50 to a uniform color and spreads evenly. Only mix a small amout at a time as you only have about 30 minutes of working time as this sets up fast. Let it cure for a day then sand and stain. I reccomend you get a flat metal surface to mix on like a cookie sheet and two flat metal scrapers. I used a 1 inch and a 3 inch wide scraper. This makes mixing easy. You will understand when you start mixing why you need two as the mix is very sticky and this helps you keep it where you want it. If you are putting it over rotted wood you really need to soak it over night first with their PC-Petrifier treatment.

Easy to use; very effective for rotted wood repair; strong and stable patch
I'm very pleased with the performance of this wood repair epoxy. I've used similar products in the past (such as the 2 part epoxy made by Elmer's) but this one stands out in terms of adhesion and bond strength. It truly creates a patch that's stronger than the original wood. Mixing is simple (1 part of each mixed well) and it's not difficult to work with. Clean-up is a bit more involved than with Elmer's since this requires a solvent, such as mineral spirits, for cleanup. I've used this to repair exterior trim that has rotted and as a patch for damaged wood furniture. It takes paint as well as the original wood, but it is helpful to prime it first (I like the Kliz primer) for best results. One of the few products that actually exceeds my expectations -- five enthusiastic stars!

Good stuff, just check it when it first arrives
I have ordered this item 4 times now for various projects. This stuff is strong, cures solid, and adheres well even in "thick" sections since it is a 2 part epoxy (in contrast to some DAP wood filler I tried, which didn't cure when in thick sections, was not sticking well). I used this outdoors to repair termite damage and damage from dry rot on doors and window frames. Note, it is pretty messy to work with because it is so thick and sticky, and starts curing after a few minutes. I ended up putting it on and not worrying too much about uneven surfaces, and doing LOTS of sanding. I also found that if I used some sturdy plastic packaging to make "forms" for edges and corners, and applied those "forms" onto areas where I had applied the PC Woody, the forms would come off easily after curing a day and be close to the final shape. From there you either sand or fill more. I removed one star because two of my orders had issues. The first one, the cap on the white Part A jar had loosened, and the contents had started to dry out. A hard crust had formed on the top. It was still usable. The second issue was the bottom of the Part B jar had cracked. I used tape and plastic cling wrap to seal it up so it wouldn't leak or dry out. For the price, they really need to package it better. Lesson: check the bottles thoroughly when you first receive from Amazon, make sure they are not dried out, tightly capped, and the bottles are not damaged.

Good but VERY sticky
Nice item, and nice pricing. Just be careful - it is very sticky and filling narrow and/or deeper voids might be a bit difficult. I had to do this with two consecutive attempts, filling the deep cracks not to the top first, and finishing the job 24 hours later. After drying the filler is solid but easily sanded with a #60 disk on my miniature 12v sander.

No Odor, Easy to Sand
I am repairing 125 year old rotted wood old growth fir window sills. PC Woody Epoxy paste soaks right hardens in 12-24 hours. Easy to apply to a horizontal surface. Virtually no odor! I bought the smaller size 24 oz cans to see how it worked and how far it would go. I used the PC hardener first. Photos are before and after on west and east facing windows and typical of the rotted weathered sills on my house [30" wide 6" deep] with deep cracks, some of which go almost all the way through 2" thick wood. One 32oz container of PC hardener hardened four window sills and the 24oz PC Woody epoxy filler set was enough to fill those four sills. Easy to clean up spatulas and hands with denatured alcohol. Easy to sand the epoxy with 80 grit sandpaper. It feels like a great surface to paint too. Four window sills down, 10 windows to go!

Does not accept stain.
Product was fine but did not take a stain so had to add a pigment powder.
