Well made multi systemic enzymes
This is a good systemic enzyme supplement. Has a casing that helps the enzymes get to where they need to be released in your digestive system. Healthy option for battling biofilms and digestive issues. Doesn't bother me at all. No side effects.

I love it - and it works...for me.
I love Serra Defend. I am a diabetic with moderate to severe Gastroparesis. I started using Serra Defend a few months ago and I feel SO much better! I don't have a constant feeling of fullness and nausea anymore. I take just one pill per day, right after I wake up, on an empty stomach. I have taken other digestive enzyme supplements, but Serra Defend is the one that works for me. I am only one person, and everyone is different so I don't know if Serra Defend will work for others, but for me, it has truly been a blessing.

Mineral imbalance
Edit: after increasing my magnesium to twice per day and changing the type, I'm no longer experiencing the cramps. Can't say if it's breaking biofilms or not. Gave me terrible cramps all over my body. Turns out that I'm deficient in magnesium, copper and iron. I'm high in mercury. I can't recommend this without knowing what your heavy metal load, electrolyte balance, and mineral tests look like. I'd consider trying this again while taking other supplements to make sure I'm not creating imbalances.

It works, but
When I first started using this I loved it, but there are a couple of things that I don't like. First is it's cost and second is I have to take it a half hour before I eat once a day. I don't always remember to take it on an empty stomach with 12 oz of water. It has to get into your gut to work and I am not a sedentary person. 12 oz of water is not always convenient. I found one that I take with every meal and the cost is extremely reasonable from a trusted company, plus it works fantastic. So I am changing brands.
