Good product, test for resulting color
Have used this for several years. Very consistent results. But the descriptions of the color doesn't match if you are going over the top of something different. I have brown hair with grey. 6N, dark blonde, is actually pretty dark when I get done. 8N, just tried, is a little light. Will try 7N. So try to see what works with your original color to get your desired color. I assume someone just restoring their existing color that matches the description would not have any variance.
