You don’t get what you paid for. They corrected the mistake.
I don’t like that I paid for two and received one. I also don’t like that getting the problem resolved is far too complicated. The answers for what are wrong do not allow for an accurate description of the problem. UPDATE! communicated with the people who sold this through Amazon. They apologized for the error and sent me the missing piece. They were wonderful to do business with. Great customer support. Have complete trust in them. Their product are excellent. I have been using orbit calcium inhibitor filter for many years. So nice to know they believe in customer support as well as an excellent product. I recommend them.

Not a waterproof label
The label disintegrates when wet. Outerwise, a great filter.

Noticeably less white calcium on mister system
Installed this and immediately noticed less calcium / lime white powdery buildup around mister system nozzles. Would recommend.

Easy to set up, descales wonderfully
We have really tough water, and this item helps our misting system not to clog up.
