Absolutely love this necklace. I am a women but I tend to lean more towards male jewelry. I love the braided texture of the necklace. It’s a simple design but it matches my daily wear perfectly. I never take it off, shower and swim with it, and its held up just fine. I love phiten jewelry. I had an older version of this necklace and wore it for almost 5 years before the clip finally wouldn’t hold anymore. Great product.

I have always used the titanium dots on my knees because they seem like miracle dots. I usually have bad knee pain and when I dot my knees up the pain subsides almost to no pain at all. I figured I would try the necklace. It seems to help with my neck pain. I would recommend. I do remove it before I take showers.

I use it while at work and at home. The only time I take it off is when I shower. But I’ve noticed my mood has changed from being mostly negative to being more positive. Also noticed my aches and pains have gone away.

I have a neck injury and consistant neck pain. I wore a version of this necklace almost constantly for over a year and I felt that my neck was improving. Then that necklace broke and I threw it out thinking it wasn't really the necklace that helped my neck anyway but that it was just time that healed it. I'm quite a skeptic of such things. A couple of months went by and my neck began to worsen again, a lot worse. I bought another necklace thinking what the heck, still thinking the necklace really couldn't be part of the solution but I was desperate. So now after wearing this new one for a couple of weeks, day and night my neck is improving again. It's improving by a lot. I don't understand how this works, but for me it really does seem to work.

Definitely size before ordering. This did not fit my husband’s neck in the slightest.
