I bought these for my girlfriend since I can't fall asleep with her snoring. They work pretty well but won't eliminate the snoring altogether. They are very small and easy to lose! But I do like the little cases it comes with. These are also perfect to take while traveling.

My wife's been complaining for way too long about my sawing wood at night, so I did just a little bit of Googling and found this (relatively) inexpensive anti-snoring device. Figured I'd give it a try. NOPE :-( I know I inserted them correctly (I've only got one nose and they only go in one way -- well, you CAN turn it around left to right, but NOT top to bottom -- and they were in as far as they could go). Anyway, joking aside, I let her get to sleep and I came to bed about an hour later, then lay there reading a book on my phone. Not only didn't the device work, I WOKE MYSELF UP dozing off trying to finish a chapter!! I eventually put the phone aside, tucked my head under the covers and went to sleep. Woke up in the morning and asked her how she slept, did it work? TOTAL FAILURE. She said I was just as noisy as before. Tried it again the next night -- same result. I was hoping these would work, but sorry to say they didn't change a thing. Your mileage may vary, but I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS TYPE OF PRODUCT.

I like that this is a simple product and not costly. It does help snoring and I can tell it helps me stay asleep instead of waking myself up snoring. They help my husband too but he complains they are not so comfortable. I don’t mind them for a while. Sometimes I wake up and take it off. If you are losing sleep, you need to try them!

Not sure if it works… partner still snored but seemed less than normal. But I’m not sure if I just believe that to be true or if it is.Partner said it didn’t feel bad when he put it on or even when he fell asleep with it. But said when he woke up it hurt really bad. No willing to wear again.

This product was very helpful. I have a deviated septum so on top of horrific snoring my air passages are never fully open. This was helpful to slightly lessen the snoring. It’s a little uncomfortable at first but once you get used to it your fine. It’s also helpful to stretch out the clips depending on your nose size to avoid irritation. I use these in addition to breathing strips. This combo hasn’t completely stopped the snoring but made it not as severe. Definitely a good buy for better sleep!***UPDATE**** - so after trying this for a few months I have to say that for me, this did not work. I thought it was working because I could no longer hear myself snoring. Because I was waking myself up with my snoring. However, when I started using a SnoreLab recording app this device has a little to no impact on reducing my snoring. everyone is different so this may work for others, however with obstructive sleep apnea this was not some thing that worked for me in the long run. The company and customer service is awesome but the device just wasn’t something that was a best option for me.

Let's just say my wife is thrilled. We both get better sleep now. Her because my snoring has improved dramatically, and me because I'm not being kicked awake several times a night.I adjusted to wearing it almost immediately. Occasionally, I'll get up in the morning and completely forget I have it on until I look up and see my half-asleep face in the bathroom mirror. I had my doubts when I first read about these little gems, but I'll never hit the sack again without wearing one.It isn't perfect, though. It doesn't seem to work much at all if I'm sleeping on my back, which is fairly rare. As long as I'm on my side, it does the job. I've had it fall out overnight once in about four months so far. It's very small and made of clear rubberized plastic, so it's easy to lose track of unless you put it back in it's little storage shell immediately upon removal. But those are trivial issues compared to the good it has done. Overall I'm very happy.

After hearing how badly I snore on a sleep recording app (my fiancé described it as a buzz saw without a muffler!), I decided to try and fix it so we can achieve better sleep.Using an uncomfortable wedge pillow AND a Breathe Right Strip didn't work. I was skeptical that these magnetic devices would help. Inserting them was easy and I didn't even notice wearing them after a couple minutes.The first night, my sleep app didn't record ANY sounds! (I was averaging about 20 recordings per night). I thought it was a fluke, but the next night it recorded only 3 and the snoring was very light. My fiancé stayed over and confirmed my snoring had greatly improved and he only had to nudge me once. The best part is I don't have to sleep propped up and I'm sleeping better, too!I've been recommending these to anyone that mentions they or their partner snores!

Husband says I have been snoring quite a bit lately to the point where he's moved to the couch. Looking for ways to remedy my snoring (not sure if its from nose stopped up or other reasons) and purchased these. These things are tiny!! They slide into your nostrils and are supposed to stay in place by the magnets in the end. These things hurt my nose, they don't really do anything and it surely didn't help my snoring situation. Putting one in place, you can't tell the difference between when one is in and when you don't have one in. I tried a pair for several nights and snorelab tells me otherwise. (circled bars in image attached show the days that I wore the anti-snoring clip. My snore rate is quite lower than probably most other people (with scores in the 50's etc) but its enough to bother my husband.)Don't waste your time with these. They don't work.Returning the ones I have. Amazon wants me to send them back despite being used.
