I wear size 13 shoe. Will these fit?

Compared to other 80% merino,.. this sock is athletic. It has a tight weave and will tighen up with each wash until it starts to wear out. This is a perfect fit for a 9-10 shoe size and too small for you. The biggest 80% merino I have is Alsiadu. It's sloppy on me and about a size 12. The spelling is stylized on the sock and unreadable.

Will these shrink in the dryer?

They will shrink a bit. They are not supposed to go in the dryer. Take them out of the washer and pull them on both ends to straighten them and the put them over a hanger to dry. It doesn't take long to dry. Very nice socks with a high wool count. You will not be sorry. I wear these year round. Warm in the winter and cool in the summer. My feet never sweat in them.

I wear a 9.5 us size shoe. both of the sizes offered here mention 9.5 us fit. which one should i choose?

I would go with the medium- large set and not the small- medium, so get the 9.5-12. My reasoning is that the smaller size would probably feel tighter since you would be at the maximum size. With the larger sizing it won't have to stretch as much and I'd guess it would be more comfortable and possibly slightly warmer.
