I have constant pain & after a review from a pain clinician, she told me to try epsom salts & magnesium to help with pain.The shower gel smells lovely & that's so important to me, as my smell is one of my favourite senses.The shower gel is clear, which I didn't expect, but was happy & it isn't rough on the skin.I don't know if it will help my pain, but I enjoyed using this on my skin & I love the fragrance.

This shower gel left me feeling nice and clean with no residue on the skin. Doesn't seem to dry out the skin either. A little goes a long way with a body puff so it's good value for money. The scent is definitely more lemongrass than lavender but smells very relaxing/calming nonetheless. A lovely addition to a night time shower routine.

I wanted a calming shower gel for showering before bed and this is perfect. It's calming and relaxing and the scent is very spa-esque. I'm not sure if it helps me to sleep but it doesn't make things worse.

This product is very nice so far, the only reason i'm writing this review is because the tube leaks from the opening, you can't tighten the lid tight enough so i'm going to have to transfer to another container, just warning any other customers, in case you want to take it traveling, it could just be that I have a faulty tube

i can no longer get in to the bath, so was pleased to find a shower gel that gives me the same effect as epsom salts in the bath. this definately smells like epsom. it is very refreshing. i like the tube size-great for a gift for someone.
