Went through this text while in my first semester of a Sports and Performance Psychology class, SOOOO GOOD! My outlook has changed for the better and I feel more excited and prepared than ever to move forward in this career. Would love to meet the author and shake his hand!

While I initially purchased this book for a class that I was taking this semester, I was surprised by the fact that this book had opened my eyes to a whole other side of sports that I was failing to see.

Easy to read and good quality. Author gives a nice personal touch to the book.

My professor made me buy it. I did enjoy reading it.

BUYER BEWARE! If you are a college student like me I would not recommend you purchasing this title. The price is ridiculous and the ebook does not last the whole semester! You will have to purchase this book at least 2 more times for additional time. Amazon customer service is nice but doesn't offer very many options for this issue. Again, beware and consider renting from another book source.
