I'm loving these bread making accessories. I got a bread maker for Christmas and these tools make parts of the process much easier. I'm impressed with the quality and sturdiness of them. They feel and perform like they're built to last. The stainless steel is thicker, so it doesn't bend easily, and high quality, which will keep it from rusting or breaking. The wooden handles are made from solid beechwood and very well manufactured, smooth and sealed for safety. There are no rough edges that will catch on your towels or give you a splinter. They're also well attached to the heads of the tools with no wobbling. I've never used a Danish dough whisk before. I was surprised at how well it worked. While it looks odd, it makes the job easier and performs much better than a regular whisk or wooden spoon. You can also use it to make cupcakes, pancakes, waffles, etc. My favorite thing is that the open hook design makes it super easy to clean, unlike a regular whisk. The bread lame is so much fun to use. You can make all kinds of cuts in the dough with it. It comes with 10 blades and a blade cover, which is nice. The metal scraper works great when I'm making buns and need to cut the dough. It's also very handy during clean-up. I'm thrilled with the quality and functionality of this set and would definitely recommend it!

I love using this sourdough mixing tool! I use it at least once a week because it makes the dough so much easier to handle and mixes everything perfectly. It's well-made and comes with a brush, blades, and scraper, which are great additions. Plus, it's super affordable

I really like the danish dough whisk in this set, it is more effective than any manual tool I I have ever tried for mixing dough. It works not only for stiff and sticky bread dough, but also for various batters. The unique design allows for faster and better incorporation of flour and less sticking too. It is a strong and well made tool. I also like the lame and bench scraper. The blades of the lame are super sharp and able to slice clean lines in dough with minimal effort. It comes with spare blades and a protective leather sheath for storing. The bench scraper I use for cutting rolls or portioning dough for pizza. It is also good for scraping dough off my work surface. All the tools work very well for me and will last me for a long time. With the 5 replacement blades for the lame, I should be set for life.

Most of the items in this pack are decent. The lame does not work well, unless I just haven't figured out how to use it. It falls apart while scoring. The whisk thing is perfect for mixing and I use it for everything. The scraper is good quality and nice to use. They all look nice, but I need a new bread lame.

Considering the quality and variety of tools in this set, it’s an excellent value for the price. The dough whisk makes mixing ingredients a breeze, and the bench scraper helps with kneading and dividing the dough evenly. I am new to sour dough and making bread. I ordered this set for the bread lame and Danish Dough Whisk and it did not disappoint. I have used both many times to make not only bread, but also perogies, pasta and dumplings. The Whisk is very sturdy and you can really dig into the dough. The lame is also very solid and fits perfectly in my smaller hand. I have not as of yet, used the scorer or decoration tips, but I have not doubt that they too will be great. I really believe, this set is a great value for the bread maker, no matter if your an expert or beginner.
