used as a bag charm

I'm Mexican and Mariahi's are a huge part of our culture. It brings some of the fondest memories. This little hat was such a good buy for the money. The size and fit are perfect and looks great as a bag charm for the month of September. National Hispanic month and also the month of Independence. I've also used it on my cats and dogs neither of which are fond of it. The color was exactly what I needed and wanted up against my honey colored Empire bag
