Evolon Pillow Protector | 2 Pack King Zippered Encasement | Sleep Safe Zipper Cover

I purchased a set 9 months ago and have been pleased with them. I just purchased another 2 in king size. If you follow the washing instructions, these really do hold up VERY WELL. However, they feel plastic-y right out of the package. Wash and dry once or twice before use, and they soften up quite nicely.Contrary to some reviews I've read online, these are MADE IN THE USA. All the Eco Living Evolon products I've seen are made in the USA.Even my pickiest child cannot tell that this is on his pillow. These make a significant difference in sleep quality when dealing with allergies and dust mites. We've never had bed bugs, but I would certainly be willing to try them if we did, given how they have performed for us so far.

Other reviews stated this felt better after awash and I agree. Put of the package my first thoughts were this is too rough to sleep on. After a wash it feels soft and sturdy.

When these pillow protectors first arrived, I was skeptical since they were not soft right out of the package. I took a chance and washed and dried them twice. After each wash and dry, the pillow protectors became softer and softer. I am totally impressed! They fit our king size pillows nicely. The zippers work well and appear to be of high quality. Product comes with a ten year warranty so I'm thinking these pillow protectors will be around for a long time to come. The fabric was different feeling as I took it out of the package, but don't let that deter you. After washing and drying a couple of times, I've already decided these pillow protectors are keepers.

I like this product because they are good quality zippers, easy to use and I had no loss of quality after washing the pillow covers upon initial use. Plus, there was even extra room after I got my entire pillows covered so it was nice not having to tug and pull to get my pillows covered.

These protectors feel like stiff paper right out of the package. I washed them twice and they are much softer. The thick fabric seems like it will hold up well with wear.

The material is very stiff and coarse compared to past pillow covers I got that seems silky smooth... wish I could remember what brand they were. These can be very hard to slip into a pillow case because the material is so coarse and even more so if it is a queen or king length pillow.

I really like these allergy pillow covers. They are easy to care for. They are very effective with feather/down pillows., and protect them from sweat.

I really like these pillow protectors. They are not crunchy sounding like some of the reviews I read said they were. You do have to wash them first and after that, they are soft and perfect.
