Great tool just a little top heavy at full reach
Great great machine! Really easy to use and cuts hedges, branches etc with ease. Just a word of caution, like a lot of these long reach tools they can get a little heavy when the extension pole is at its longest. That shouldn’t detract you from buying it but just plan your cutting/trimming with that in mind.

Works well but a little top heavy
I recently moved to a house with a large garden with several high hedges, trees, shrubs etc.I used this in combination with an 8' ladder to cut down a tree of approx 20' to 15'.It works well, particularly the little chainsaw.It is rather heavy to use when fully extended. The strap is totally useless and serves only to get caught in branches etc. It needs a long strap which extends the length of the pole and I intend to improvise something myself.It would be nice if the trimmer and saw could be used on their own without the extension handle, in order to access tight corners etc but this isn't really possible.Overall I'm pleased though as it has enabled me to maintain the garden by myself instead of having to call out professionals.

Brilliant product to use on small trees and hedges. Not too heavy to hold. Now my garden looks very neat. Value for money. Blades come with their own cover. Long battery life enough for small gardens.

Easy to use
Brilliant product so far. Cuts well and easy to operate. Lighter than the petrol ones. Cable could be longer.

Extendable hedge trimmers
Looked good on the description and the two attachments were useful tools. However, the saw and hedge clippers were heavy and made the outfit difficult to handle in operation when the pole was extended. The instruction book did not include any guide to sling assembly.

Works well
Can be a little on the heavy side, but I suppose that it to be expected when manoeuvring a heavy wight at the end of a long pole

Only lasted 12 months
Product worked fine first time of use however when used just over 12 months later (days outside warranty) metal cog has worn down so much won’t turn pole saw so if you want something for only 12 months but if you want it to work longer buy another brand
