I initially used to drink for it's taste, but the real thing is that it's a good immunity booster. I have been using Madiphal Rasayan for many years. Good for minor stomach upset, indigestion. Good taste and flavour. Children wont throw tantrums to drink it. Dilute with cold/chilled water. However for severe stomach infection pls consult doctor.
