I have purchased two now because I have a pinched nerve in my shoulder blade area and sister has had two shoulder replacements. This pillow is a life saver. Helps keep the arm lifted enough for relief. The instructions show how to use it but I use it the opposite for my relief. Highly recommend this pillow for shoulder issues. Soft fabric. Can unzip to wash.

This pillow made a huge difference in my comfort while sleeping after I broke my collarbone. I am able to sleep on my left side and use the pillow on my right side (on top of two smaller, bead-filled pillows) to get my arm/shoulder in a comfortable position. I am so glad I found it. I bought one for my husband too since he also has shoulder problems.

I have a torn rotator cuff that stays in check through PT however I bought this because elevating my arm when sleeping really helps. The pillow is configured, and it looks in the picture to be twice the size it is not. It does help but it is hard to use and doesn't stay put. My recommendation Buy a body pillow it is more stable.

I bought this on a whim right before my 4th shoulder surgery. I love this pillow so much. It fits perfectly under my arm. So comfortable and the material is the softest. I wish I would have had this for all of my surgeries. People come over and laugh at the shape and when they find out what it is they are so impressed. Thank you so much for making this pillow. I was injured over a year ago and after 4 MRI’s they said it’s just calcific tendinitis. I’m in so much pain anytime my arm doesn’t have any support. After waking up in pain (like normal) two days ago I decided there had to be something out there to help me when I sleep, I ordered this and last night I slept with almost no pain! I am shocked! I’m about to order two more so I can keep one in my car, one in my room and one on the couch!

The pillow was very small. I am a short person and it didn't even fit down to my lap or stay under my arm. It provided no support and could not be used for sleeping. The 2 tips that fit under the arm for support were not sturdy; they were useless. Very disappointed.

Pillow is not the size shown in the photos, or they use a really small person for advertising. I am only a 5'6" inch person and it seems small. It is very soft, the stuffing was minimal, so I had to add some of my own.It smelled like plastic at first but the more it is out of the package the better it is smelling. It feels good when sleeping though - so I am going to keep trying to use.

After trying slings, braces, immobilizers & every size pillow in the house, this pillow was this best find! It gave me relief in my chair & in bed.The only thing I would change is a removable cover to wash. Also the fiber fill sometimes pokes through the Jersey fabric just enough to itch bare skin. But the support with somewhere to put your hand in a comfortable position makes it worth it when nothing else works
