The batteries are surprisingly difficult to insert! Much more so than with other coffee wands/milk frothers I’ve used. The battery holder is easily the worst-designed part of the device. That said, once the batteries are in, everything else works beautifully. It’s very easy to use, simple to clean, and feels reliable. It makes my coffee and tea lattes really delightful, which helps me save money. Don't have to go to the coffee shop every time I want cold or warm foam on my drink. The wand creates a lovely cloudy, foamy, pillowy texture in the milk. The speed is great, and I prefer the button function over my previous frother. I also love the light brown/tan color I chose, it’s very cute and aesthetically pleasing. It's very lightweight, and I like that it comes with a holder/stand, my last one didn't have that. I keep it near my coffee maker and it's always handy whenever I need it. I've had it for a few months yet, haven't had to change the batteries yet thankfully (especially considering the design flaw with the battery compartment). Overall, a solid product with one design flaw.

Easy, hand held and just powerful enough without making a mess everywhere. I love all the color choices to match my kitchen. So great for coffee, hot chocolate or even mixed drinks!

This is a great tool. I add protein powder to my coffee every morning and this mixes it completely. Just be sure to leave some room in your cup because it is powerful and will splash over if your cup is full! And I love how small it is and how easily it stores in its holder on the counter.

I love my frother. I specifically purchased it for mixing my protein shakes. Works perfectly.
