All of can say is…I LOVE Litehouse dried spices. They are the closest thing to “fresh” I’ve found for cooking. I use the Italian blend and the Salad spices the most! Our super market doesn’t carry all flavors so I was happy to be able to order them on Amazon.

I love Litehouse Freeze-dried herbs as they have more flavor ! I especially like the salad blend to make vinaigrette’s.
