Q: what are the ingredients?

The mango flavor lists sugar, water, mango purée concentrate, natural flavors, preservatives & coloring. I'm sure the peach is similar, but we're out of that. Sometimes you can see the ingredients by expanding a back view of the bottle, but that doesn't seem possible with this flavor.

Q: Does this need to be refrigerated after opening? There is no direction to do so?

I'm surprised how no one in these questions are providing clear answers. The first ingredient is sugar, so this syrup is basically a preserve. Sugar is extremely hygroscopic, and bacteria can't survive since they lose their water by osmosis. It is shelf stable, however it can develop mold, so it would be a good idea to keep it refrigerated.

Q: How does fruit puree differs from syrup?

this fruit puree contains real fruit and is thicker than Monin's syrups. Monin syrup does not contain real fruit
