I have purchased this product before from a different supplier. I bought this as back up due to Covid and worried I wouldn't find it when i needed it. I started using it in July and noticed it doesn't have the same consistency as previous bottles I've purchased. The conditioner doesn't have the same feel nor does it work as well on my hair. I would like to return it or get a credit but i don't see that option any longer when I searched for this past purchase and what my options would be.

I have used for years but now only find it online. Quality moisturizer for my fine hair.
