Does legging stay tight? Or lose easily?

I wore to a wedding and motorcycle event, still tight and did not stretch out.

I just return pants because they wete too big. But i want to exchange for smalker size. How do i contact seller to let them know i want to exchange

The zippers are just for show. The pocket behind them only goes as far as the seam on either side of the zipper, so maybe 1cm max.
