It's a great KT Tape, softer feel that's not as stiff as the other materials, so please be sure if which fabric you want for the support, feel, etc before buying. This is more of a silky "comfy" feel, flexible, and has a wonderful cooling effect from the magnesium and menthol (both a must try!!), and it stays very well. I have to wear and apply new KT tape daily due to CVI/leg and inflammation. I must apply new tape every new day. *It is a life saver!! I'm quite literally only able to be upright because of this KT tape reducing the severe pain from inflammation.* For other general injuries or joint instability support, this tape works great and lasts until it starts coming off on its own! Pro tip: If you reapply daily like myself- Get an adhesive remover to remove the adhesive residue from wearing often. I wouldn't recommend this particular style/type if you plan to vertically cut the precut strips for fanning the tape out. I'm my experience this one doesn't hold as well when cut that way. That said, I still use this tape even if I want to use the cotton type to cut/ fan over this top 2 faves of KT Tape!

My daughter is a college bachelor of fine arts major and they have major battle scenes. When my nerve got pinched in my neck and then my auto immune system attacked it I had no use of my right arm and my back everything was awful. I went to the top pain and orthopedic doctors and they had a few of them come meet with me because they really couldn’t figure out what was wrong I had to get an MRI. But, they gave me a steroid they gave me muscle relaxers, I was taking ibuprofen I was stretching my hamstrings, but I kept feeling like I needed something to hold my arm up it was just a weird feeling. Anyway my daughter told me about the tape that the people who fight the sword fights and everything used in the theater. I really had spent so much money I didn’t wanna buy something new but I was pretty desperate so I told her I would try because she was so sweet she wanted me to try. Oh she followed the directions in the first couple minutes I could see a difference. I was able to get up and put laundry away and things like that I was basically disabled before that. I’ve had this tape on my body we had to order two packs so far for three solid weeks. Every five days she takes it off and we’ve taped me but I have a lot to tape up I’m going to be putting it on my mom she has a debilitating back problems since she’s a hairdresser. It really is worth the money. I can’t explain it but it’s like the tape uses your own body to pull and give you support. The only downside is that it’s on my body for like five days so I have residue. But I guess you can remove it with oil but I haven’t really bothered to try that yet we just peel it off slowly. I shower and then every day

Loved this tape. When I ended up with sciatica and had to go to PT I ordered this after using the tape they provide. Love the cooling feeling it generates. Even feels cool again after my shower next day from getting wet…must reactivate it! Stays on well.

I’ve tried many different tapes like this for pain and I will tell you guys this one takes the cake out of the rest. My knee pain was so bad, It was keeping me up at night. The pain was torturous. I was also not able to work out at all on lower body. I work out a lot, and it was very depressing. I’m so glad that I found this stuff because as soon as I put it on, I was able to sleep at night, and start my lower body workout routine with no pain. It’s just amazing! I’m not sure what is in it that makes it so different from the rest of the stuff I’ve tried, but it’s not masking the pain either. Even when I take it off, I do not feel the pain I used to feel. I used to have these sharp shooting pains going through my knees, in front of my knees, behind my knees, the sides of my knees, basically all around my kneecap. I couldn’t even walk up a flight of stairs without limping up. I still sleep with a pillow in between my knees, I’m a side sleeper. I’m just so happy that the pain is gone because it was so excruciating. I would have no choice but to sleep on my back and I don’t like sleeping on my back, but not anymore thanks to this stuff. I hope that this review can help anyone who suffering with knee pain, sleep, disruption, their workouts or walks or whatever as well.

I’ve gone through 3 or 4 boxes of this Heali Kinesio tape now. I’ve used just about every kind out there—RockTape, standard KT Tape, and other alternatives. This one stands out a bit more, mostly because of the added magnesium and lysine technology. Is it a night-and-day difference? No. But I do feel like it performs just a little bit better—maybe it’s placebo, maybe not, but I’m not questioning it at this point. It sticks well, holds through workouts, and seems to give me just that extra bit of relief. Not a miracle product, but reliable—and good enough that I’ll keep reordering.

I absolutely love that it’s infused with magnesium and menthol. I have a Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, which is a very painful condition. Unlike some people who use this for injury recovery I use this is my tape exoskeleton. As far as adhesion, it does not hold on well in water at all. If you’re going to be out all day sweating, it will roll and come off. If you’re very very careful, you can take a shower but be prepared to sit there and blot it dry and rid hear it until it sticks. I use this with Cavallon barrier cream, and very rarely. Does it take my skin off with it although the magnesium and the menthol can be a bear to remove . The biggest trick I have for removing this without having to have what I call “Adhesive snot” is to just wear the heck out of it and then it will sort of just fall off and any remaining adhesive can be rolled up. Previously, I used adhesive remover‘s, and it didn’t go well. It’s like it dissolved the adhesive and left it on my skin with the menthol and the magnesium together leaving these little glue dots “ adhesive snot”adhering to my skin. since I figured out how to avoid that it’s going much better. Are use two pieces of this tape on each knee about once a week I do it twice a week if I really need the structure of the tape to be new. For example, if I was going to be driving a long distance, I have to make sure my knee tape is fresh or my one will dislocate. When the sides of my wrists are sore, I use a half a piece of this brand tape per side, so I to not create a tourniquet effect. I also have use this on my feet, which works tremendously well, especially when you adopt it to use a method of taping, they use for weightlifting, but do the same thing on your feet. I also have use this from the top of my spine all the way down to my sacrum which is very good if I’m going to be doing a lot of driving. Do you have a connective tissue disease like a Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, This stuff is amazing.

When I started running I kept getting shin splits so I started using these after getting them as a sample in another purchase. They keep cool for the entire day. I now use them around my knee when my old injury acts up or on my shoulder, back, shins, wherever you need extra support or a little relief. Ive recommended them to almost everyone i've run into. They are great value because you get a lot in the roll. I love the look of them and they haven't irritated my very sensitive eczema prone skin. I will forever be purchasing these!

Hold lasts a while. Smells menthol-e lol..and my fave part is that’s it’s water proof. Too bad they don’t have some that I can cut down to my own size..but these precuts are great.

Compared to other products we have used , these didn't seem to stand up to the same quality as the others. They didn't seem to provide the same effect on the pain. I would not be able to recommend based on our experience.
