Best bang for your buck if you're gonna get consistent quality ghee.
The intensity of the butteriness is just insane. The smell is just as intense in butteriness as the taste. You're gonna get your currency's worth in consistency in quality and in taste. The fats are obviously clean and never oxidized, carrying the maximum fat soluble vitamin content for it. Unfortunately, this is the biggest you can get, until the Mt. Capra Farmers can afford more goats and expand their territory.

Great taste for the lactose intolerant
If you're lactose intolerant this is a must. I'm unable to have butter even with my scrambled eggs. It is great with toast, eggs, anything sauteed.
