Great for deep tissue massage!!
Have been using this for my post work out therapy to massage my glutes and hamstrings. This product does its job well and is very durable as I dropped it many times and it did not break like cheap plastic. Its hard and strong enough to do the deep tissue massages and also convenient as it is small enough to carry in your bag. I am happy with it.

Ball size is very small
I was advised to use release ball by my physiotherapist, so i ordered this ball , but it’s very small & little difficult to use

Bad ball sponge and no slippery no return policy
Bad product no use. It’s soft and big which is helping to release any muscles. Don’t buy coz they don’t have return policy.

Made of plastic as it's name bodylastics
Lacrosse ball is generally made of rubber but this one is made of tough plastic it feels, it slips on the ground, using on the mat might help.Edit : started loving it while learning using it, getting to deep tissue, can't be used on normal floor.
