Item is sturdy and well made. I wanted to whip cream with it and that doesn't seem to work for me.

Used it to make gravy the other night and it was really good. I just wish the handle had a grip on it or something.

Longer than I expected
This is very sturdy, but I don't math well, & wasn't ready for how long the handle is. I love that it's flat on the bottom; it doesn't fall over. Easily cleaned in dishwasher. Recommend.
