Q: work with T mobile in usa?

It works with T-mobile, but may not get 5G singal (depends on the 5G band in operation in your region)

Q: What is the difference between this xq-bc72 and the xq-bc62 models? at&t is only compatible with the xq-bc62 model.

I'm not 100% certain about this, so please excuse me if this is incorrect. But from what I know, the XQ-BC72 is the "international" version and the XQ-BC62 is the "USA" version. The main difference between integration and software is that the *-72 has twice the internal memory (512 GB) than the *-62 (256 GB). It's probably expected that the USA version customers will just buy a removable / expandable storage; while the International customers will instead have two SIM cards.

Q: work with H2o or cricket?

Because these phones are difficult to get, the one I was able to get did not work on AT&T's or Verizon's network. I was only able to find one that worked on T-Mobile or Sprint. I was disappointed with the phone because I was a big Sony fan and had high expectations. I ended up having to spend $1,200 for it and I wish I had bought the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra. I will be getting the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra in a few months. The Sony Xperia 1 iii has no resale value on the market unless you find someone like you or myself who is a Sony fan and doesn't know any better. When I try to do a trade-in, no one will accept the phone for a trade-in. NO ONE! Go with the S22 Ultra. This is from someone who actually has the Xperia 1 iii.

Q: i will like to know. Is the software in chinese or english. or mix

It is a global version... Software will have multiple lenguages. I personally use Spanish, buy English is available as well. Now the system is running Android 12. I'm from Costa Rica
