Very salting. If you have high blood pressure this fish jerky will make your pressure high. If you don't have high blood pressure eating this fish jerky you will get it. I have purchase other jerky before, you taste more of a flavor season. This fish jerky you only taste salt, an the fish smell. Over price for Hand full of fish jerky,don't have enough to share with anyone.
