Although I was a tad bit skeptical...I must say I have noticed some good things :)For one, I have Craved raw honey since I was a kid. I had a ravenous, insatiable need to consume raw (local) honey daily. I put it on everything, and also ate it by the spoonful. This has gone on for over 20 years.Which isn't great for my blood sugar or my wallet haha But my primal need to drink honey like water diminished almost immediately upon taking these. It was the least expected outcome hah but I'll take it!!I'm not sure if my immune system is doing better or not, but I do notice that losing weight has been Much easier since I began taking these once a morning. Im basically not trying currently, as opposed to how hard I worked the last 2 years to no avail!!No side effects, I eat honey (a little more) like a regular human now... lost very noticeable weight fairly quickly, either to eating less honey haha or possibly some immune/metabolic change :DI take it only once a day, before breakfast, with Vit D, and usually try to drink something with a lot of Vit C around the same time :)Vit C (serum on face & Alma powder drink) has also made notices improvements to my skin, and seemed to do even better after adding this to my regimen.Seems to do some good for me :)

Taking royal jelly for almost two months, I feel that my face has become slightly more plump

I shopped quite a bit on Amazon before settling on this product. It seems to be one of the best options for both strength/concentration of the product, and the price was superior. I've been taking the capsules for a month or so, and I think I may be seeing results in my blood glucose readings, which was the main reason I started taking royal jelly. I read up on the subject quite a bit, and there are some seemingly legit studies that suggest that royal jelly might have an effect. I'm not a doctor, so please don't take my word for it, but anecdotally, my readings have been better since I started taking a capsule daily. I'll keep doing my own little "study."

Good for your body and immune system

Love the product. No bad taste and it gives me great energy. Age 71. I notice the difference big time.2 to 3 capsules in the am and I’m good all day.

I’ve been using this Royal Jelly for years. This brand. And it’s high quality at a great price. Only the Queen bee gets Royal jelly. It’s the reason she lives so many years. Other bees make it for her but don’t partake. She’s special and so are we ladies.
