Can we ride it on rough surface? Like on terrace where the surface is not smooth. It will impact tyres??

Yes you can but too much riding on uneven surface may damage bearing

Is it as smooth as R for Rabbit ? 7 bearing as it promised, does it have that feel???

Not that great as R for Rabbit. Quality wise and feel wise R for rabbit is better.
