Lightweight but kept coffee hot for at least 2 hours. Too large to fit under coffee machine so kept filling large measuring cup and poured into carafe.

So much nicer then the gernice plastic ones everyone has and styling is great. Keeps coffee warm a very long time. Also super easy to clean and fill.

I purchased this to use in lieu of a gravy boat for a large family gathering, knowing I could also use it as a coffee/tea carafe down the road. PROS: 1. Mine arrived in perfect condition without any dents. 2. Appearance-wise, it’s attractive—the white color is a nice, bright white. The chrome-look portions are shiny silver. 3. It kept the gravy warm for the duration of the gathering. I cannot attest to anything beyond 2 hours, as I did not use it for longer than that. 4. The interior of the pitcher portion is easy to clean. CONS: 1. The chrome-look parts are plastic and don’t seem super sturdy. 2. The spout drips a bit after pouring, but I have yet to find a carafe that doesn’t. 3. The biggest con is that the lid is nearly IMPOSSIBLE to clean. The lever in the lid has to be depressed to clean inside the spout area, as this portion is sealed off when not depressed in order to keep the liquid warm . (I tried to show this in the photos.) You can’t just soak the lid to clean it. You have to be vigilant about this, otherwise bacteria/mold will grow in there. Yuck. This would be easily remedied if that portion was detachable, but it isn’t. Again, yuck. Overall, it’s just okay. I’ll keep it, since I only plan on using it for special occasions.

Ok, so before anything, I ordered 16 of these carafes in white. They are decent size. We used them all (except for 1 that was received damaged) yesterday for an event. 1 of the 16 came dented and were not able to use. I would like to either get reimbursed or get it replaced. Besides that 1 being damaged, I gotta say they work. We had some leftover coffee from the event and I decided to leave it till the next morning. To my surprise, at the 12th hour , coffee was still warm. It was not drinkable hot but close. The only concern for us now is the drying of the inside. I'm looking for a gadget to dry the inside so it won't rust or mess up the carafe.

We kept it! Great carafe used it for years! Watched a video about testing stainless steel tested and threw out many stainless steel showing “red” utensils and bought new ones! After 2nd thought we tried acid test again on the inside of this it went brown not red. I think it might be safe! Grateful to be able to review. I need to be careful about leaving bad reviews.

Purchased end of January 2023. At first it was great, I fill it with hot coffee at 6:45am and it kept my coffee hot all day while I was at work. Then on 4/3/2023 I noticed my coffee was barely warm around noon. On 4/4/2023, my coffee was cold by 10am. On 4/5/2023 my coffee was cold by 9am. Of course the return window closed on 2/27/2023 so I'm stuck with this thermal carafe that doesn't keep anything hot any better than a regular coffee cup. VERY DISAPPOINTED AND WOULD ADVISE AGAINST WAISTING YOUR MONEY.

Very nice quality. I am enjoying the stainless steel build and easy pour. It holds the temperature nicely and it is great vaIue for the money. If you need a laugh, read the printing on the box. English translation is hilarious!
