I chose this using ‘ip dip ‘ as pretty much everything these days has mixed reviews , like others have mentioned,it doesn’t look like you get much but with a half tub but that’s irrelevant as your still buying 40 servings! Mixes well & tastes good, i would say it gives me a boost but i wouldn’t go as far as saying wow! Unbelievable pump etc etc , try it , if it ain’t for you then there’s plenty more out there ..I like it

tastes amazing!! great pre workout! only bad things are the container is on the bigger side and if you want the 350mg caffeine then its 2 scoops, if you have two scoops then its 20 serving per product and that was misleading when buying but other then that I'm super happy and will buy again thanks

It works for a bit but as is the 3rd day drinking it the smell and sweetness is putting me off a bit. We got the Icy Blue it looks less quantity as the container is much bigger than its contents. You ended up with what you paid for in my opinion. As it is not that expensive. If you like to try new things and have your own opinion about products you may get this one. But if you are not sure, wait, keep looking for a better option I know now that I'd should have.Best of luck. Let me know if you find it good or a better one.(not pricy)

Great pre workout …. I really found it amazing but I did get a little heartburn …..

This bad boy right here is my life. Blew my head right off 2 scoops of this mate and your flying in that gym for a good 2 hours with no sweat you feel like a king the tricep pump makes you wanna so unspeakable things, but yeah good stuff. Thanks.
