What is the recycled content of these bags?

Searching through all Hippo trash bags I found they have more than one bag that uses recycled material. I just purchased a 45 count 22" height, box of recycled ocean plastic. They have other bags made of different recyclables. So glad I found these.

I just received these, but the box does not indicate that these are compostable. The description says they are compostable. Are they compostable?

Are these bags compatible with the simple human 'p' bags? the dimensions are 31" l x 24" w?

I would venture a guess that they will be smaller than the SimpleHuman 'P' bags. I use these Hippo Sak liners in a can that calls for the 'Q' liners (which are 50L), and I find them to be just a little bit small. So for a can that requires the 'P' liners, they will probably be noticeably too small.
