ColoraHenna Powder Hair Color Red Sunset,2 Ounce (59ml)(Pack of 2)

I've used this henna product sporadically over the past 2 decades, and it is the same as always, but I thought plastic gloves were included in the package, and this most recent purchase did not have them.

After coloring my hair for twenty plus years using harsh chemicals I decided to try henna powder. I was always leery because I didn't know how well a henna product would perform, i.e. would the color last, ease of use, condition of my hair. I'm pleased to say my hair feels and looks healthier than it has in a long time, the color was perfect (Red Sunset) and, although I had help applying the product, if my hair was not so long (halfway down my back) I could have easily done it myself. I have only used the one color, Red Sunset, but I recommend Colora Henna Powder.

I will not be going back to boxed chemical dye after this! I added rooibos red tea instead of water, and in my next usage, I might add some essential oil. Have patience washing it out, and use lots of conditioner- the results are worth it!Edit: One coloring lasted me nearly a whole year with a lovely gradual fade; I only redid the color because my roots were growing in. Love love love!!!

I love that this is chemical free, and the closest match to my natural hair tone, because with most red dyes, you have to retouch the color not just on the roots, but the whole head, to keep the same consistency of color throughout, so using a chemical free, plant based alternative makes me feel better about drowning out my gray haired roots.

I first used this product a year ago and have not turned back. I found it in the store then later found it here. I wouldn't use any other product!

I have been using this product for 3 years now. I also recommended it to my coworkers since they gave me a lot of compliments for my hair color. It is beautiful light red that matches my green eyes. Easy to be used by myself!

i love henna powder! I'm used to the mess/smell so nothing new here! Mess/smell is what any new user would need to be prepared for!
