Motivation or Deprivation?
Even though I was surprised by my grip strength it's still not as good as I wish it'd be. This will either be a reason why you go to the gym and make you question what you're doing with your life and why, or intensify the idea that you are built different and not in way you're thinking of. I personally can't seem to find a comfortable way to grip but that might be the point?? I'm used to hanging from bars, rings, or gripping people during BJJ, maybe that's what I tell myself to make me feel better about my score T-T.

Good to know sets expectations
Working in the field of construction, Utility service specifically. It was interesting to see what my crew put out based on the prior attitude and tone. My entire crew averaged 140, I pulled 194 first thing that morning and I must say it’s been a real morale changer. Thanks gripx you changed my life.

10.18.2022 This device is awesome. Easy to use. Compact, easy to read and use. Takes a little set-up... be sure to read the directions carefully. Once you do it, you'll be good to go. It can do several people at a time.This image is taken this morning, my right hand grip in PSI (Pounds per square inch) pressure. My left is about 10 lbs different.The size of this item is approximately: 8" x 5" and about 1-1/4" Thick. Super light gloss black plastic. LED read out words great!I HIGHLY recommend this to anyone wanting to test their grip.I'm 62 years of age presently. (For whatever that means)

Test your grip strength
Seems consistent and accurate. I brought this to my Jiu Jitsu gym and it was an instant hit. Just break this out around a group of adults and everyone will succumb to the lure of testing their value as a human being on this dynamometer.
