This has been great for taking after jiu jitsu. It helps me bounce back quickly! I take it sometimes in the mornings too, especially don’t mornings I’m tired. Super effective. I can’t take many electrolyte powder mixes because it gives me terrible migraines, but this one doesn’t!

I've tried potassium and magnesium supplements for thigh cramps and neither of them worked. The only thing that worked was drinking a glass of warm salt water. That stuff is just nasty tasting to get down. Lyte Fuel capsules are much more pleasant to take. The only thing I don't like about them is the quantity required. The directions say to take 1 or 2 capsules an hour prior to and during prolonged exercise. For a 7-hour gardening day, I have to take a minimum of 8 capsules. In less than a month I've used up over half the bottle. I still like it better than drinking salt water.

Excellent product that helps reduce and eliminate muscle cramps - always take before golf or training sessions.

This product was recommended to me by my daughter for my severe leg cramps during the night. Unfortunately, I became quite dizzy (especially while lying down). It took me a couple of weeks to figure out it could be these supplements. I quite taking it and within 48 hrs, my dizziness was gone. I'm asking the seller to please allow me to return two unopened bottles for a refund. I'm sure it's a great product, but it just doesn't work for me.

I bought this product based on reviews because I was having terrible leg cramps that woke me up several times each night. Prior to ordering this supplement, I tried changing my footwear, stretching before bed, diet, drinking more water, etc, all to no result. I figured this supplement was worth a try and was happily surprised when I had no cramps after the first time I took the supplement. I take two capsules at bedtime and have not had a single instance of leg cramps since I started taking this. Miracle product, IMO. Like so much better now that I can sleep at night and am getting decent rest.

I suffered bad leg cramps following a total hip replacement. From the day I arrived home from the hospital until about a month and a half following...every single night the cramping in my surgical leg kept me awake. My normal homeopathic remedy wasn't really helping much. I did some research and began taking this and it helped a lot! I also got a Potassium based foam that you rub on your skin that I used in conjunction with this and I think the 2 worked well together. Once the cramping finally left for good I had no more pain and it was like my leg was as good as new...sort of amazing! The reason I liked this so much better than any alternative was because I tried electrolyte beverages and they either had sugar...which I can't have...or were sugar free and overly sweetened. I don't mind sugar free substitutes but I couldn't find anything I could stand the taste of!

I have noticed a great improvement in my skin overall, no more cramps at night, and definitely improvement in my endurance while training. Love love love!
