What's the max rider weight

Maybe 100lbs. I am 220lbs and it bottoms out. I had to replace it. I went with the ncy shock and it’s awesome.

Not a lot. It bottomed out for me and I am 220 lbs. I purchased something better quality.

Is it made to be disassembled?

It is a non-rebuildable damper with adjustable preload. It looks like the collar, and spring could be disassembled.

Can this spring make the scooter lower

Not really if anything it's a bit taller then the stock spring.
