Good quality salt for finishing a dish!
I usually use this salt as a finishing salt, and it is really delicious. I can taste the sea! I do not add to sauces as it would be too much for general cooking. I use another salt with finer grain for cooking. (REAL Salt). This one is very tasty and really finishes my food beautifully.

Very good salt and taste is good. Will purchase again if it could be packaged a little more so that it’s not all over the bottom of the box. I only got to use half of it as I don’t know what critters crawled around in the box before
