Outdoor work light now can be used anywhere
Finally got this LED replacement for a 500w halogen work light that was only to be used outdoors due to the heat it dispersed. Might have used it one time during the many years I own it. Didn't really want four bulbs, but wasn't sure the larger center section of other LED bulbs like this would fit. This fit perfectly and brightness is great, and no more heat. Not as bright as original halogen, but at least its usable now for whatever I need it for, even indoors. Only tested one of the four bulbs, so can only hope the other three are fine, but hopefully will never need a replacement for this work light again.

Garbage product
These are absolute garbage. Out of a package of four, two don't work at all number three lasted about 2 weeks before it started shutting off and is nowhere even close to the stated 3000 lumens. So I had one left to try. It wasn't anywhere near the stated output either but at least it put out light for looks like about 5 months before it died.

Loved the working bulbs, out of order for four, one broken end, one not working
Liked the output, nice and bright! Ordered FOUR, one had broken end just past porcelain, one no visible damage just didn't light. Did the four pack as per other reviews of not working bulbs. They gave me a 7.00 credit per the order. Nice but the bulbs are 7.22 per. I didn't want to return the whole order.

Maybe not as bright as old halogen bulbs but sill plenty good and not blazing hot.Way safer. Also they fit in the older fixture

They are about 1/16 of a inch to long
The lamps are a little bit to long you just have to be careful installing. I use them everyday no problems.

LEDs for the WIN 🏆
So this unit is 20yrs old and have been through more halogen bulbs than 1 can keep track of for the amount of use and abuse it goes through on a daily. I came across the LED upgrades and thought it maybe worth looking into, but rememberthatLEDs are polarity sensitive (means they only like the flow of current in 1 direction) so if they don't turn on just like the video then remove them and rotate 180° and reinstall. So I have 4 units that I have these for and giving this one a shot and will swap out after I see they work good on this test dummy. They're 20W which is JUST as bright (if not more) than the standard 100W halogens and while LEDs aren't great in the winter we'll see if that is true to this purchased bulbs. Will come back in 6 months and give an update.

too long
this is junk, the product advertises as being 118mm however it is actually closer to 120mm and does not fit anything. had to grind some of the ceramic to make it fit on light will throw the remaining three in the trash.
