How many collars come with your order

One collar per order. The picture indicates the colors available. I have two dogs, so I get a different color for each. These collars are an excellent value.

Can you buy the connector separately?

I do not know. It’s supposed to come with collar, rechargeable connector and charging cord.

I need a replacement piece. is there a way i can get the piece i need to replace. instead of buying a new one?

If you need the clear tubing, I would try a pet store that sells fish tank supplies

Can I cut to fit my cat small neck?

You can cut the round (fiberoptic) part of the collar as short as you want it. I cut it to fit my dog's neck. If your cat is tiny - kitten-sized - it might not be practical, as the electronic portion might take up more than half the entire length of the collar. However, for an adult cat, it should work fine.
