Is the beamsplitter glass 70/30 or 60/40?

The glass beamsplitter is 60/40, which offers a perfect reflection on the reader's side while allowing the viewer's side to see through it, using a 70/30 would not be a good option for a presidential teleprompter since this It would make it very difficult to read even indoors. Greetings
