Complicated, would not recommend
Bought this for an elderly friend , who was used to a simple phone . They only wanted to phone and text. Texting was very complicated, never seen anything so complicated, totally beyond my frtiend who is quite savvy. Tryiny to access voice mails, text messages dificult. Instructions not clear. Would not recommend

Difficult to understand
I bought this for my husband who is 82 years old and not good with new gadgets. There is a lack of basic detailed instructions such as making a phone call, putting in contact names and actually finding the names once they are in!! If this is advertised as suitable for the elderly, make the instructions suitable for the elderly.

Phone locks after 10 seconds
The phone locks after about 10 seconds of no use - unbelievably irritating.
