It’s also comfortable to wear throughout long shifts. While it is an investment, the performance and reliability make it well worth the cost. I wish I had purchased one sooner. This is my first Littmann stethoscope. Throughout medical school and the early years of my career, I used a different brand. Now that I'm a specialist, I decided it was time to invest in the tools I use every day, and I can definitely tell the difference. The sound quality is excellent, making it much easier to hear subtle findings. It's also incredibly lightweight compared to my previous stethoscope, which makes a big difference during long workdays. My only regret is not buying it sooner. It's absolutely worth the investment for any healthcare professional.

This was second hand but it was like new.. works perfectly. I love it.

I have this stethoscope in black matte and this one here. I use it every time I work. The black one for work and this purple one for personal use. Yes I do my own assessments on myself. Very useful to use both the diaphragm and bell. I’ve recommended this for my mother to use and she enjoys this stethoscope as well. My black one I’ve had since I was an LPN since around COVID in spring of 2020 and I still use now in the ICU. The purple I only use at home so I know it will last super long.

Let me start with the positive first. I love the appearance of my stethoscope with the rainbow finish. It’s beautiful I neeed to find a way to get in engraved. It’s light weight and fits around my neck. I used it to listen to my husband’s lungs and the noise level is very good. The only con I have is the tubing is sticky and wiping it doesn’t help. I’ll have to order a scrunchie because I will never get use to that feeling. Overall, this is my first Littmann brand stethoscope and I am pleased.

Premetto che io non sono nè Medico,nè sanitario. Ho acquistato questo prodotto come regalo per mia moglie (Dottoressa),dopo essermi consultato con esperti nel genere. Oltre alla ormai consueta puntualità di Amazon nel consegnarmi gli acquisti,devo dire che lo stetoscopio è di ottima fattura. L’imballaggio e la stessa scatola contenente lo strumento,sono arrivate integre ed in ottime condizioni. Per quanto riguarda il Littman (riferisco le impressioni avute da mia moglie) è uno strumento straordinario,di grande qualità per quanto riguarda l’auscultazione,in grado di captare anche i suoni più leggeri e profondi. Decisamente migliorato rispetto al Littman serie III fà molto bene il suo lavoro e lo consiglio vivamente.
